About Me

Hello,

My Name is Craig Matthews an Amateur Photographer from Kent, England.

I don't have a speciality area in so many words, however I have a growing interest in many differing aspects of photography. Some Areas I have experimented with are, Nature and Animals, Industrial, Photoshoots with Models, Cars and other Vehicles.

I am always looking to broaden my horizon, and am always willing to hear how to improve my shots. As well as receiving new ideas, subjects, and locations for my photography.

I currently use a Nikon D80. The lenses I have at my disposal are;
  • Sigma f1.4 30mm.
  • Sigma f4.5-5.6 70-300mm Macro
  • Nikkor f3.5-5.6 18-55mm
  • Nikkor f4.5-5.6 70-300mm
In the not too distant future, I hope to find the funds to purchase a Nikon D7000.

Let's put a name to a face. The following was taken with the D80, using the 30mm Sigma, and a remote flash bounced off a golden sided flashbounce disc.
